Developing healthy habits is a life-long lesson. Start your family off right with these fun-filled, confidence-building exercise classes and sports.

 

 

Programs exist for all ages and interests, and new ones start up all the time. Try something new!

Babies & Infants-Age 7+

  • Swim Lessons

    Based on the principles established by the American Red Cross, children can learn in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. More Information & Register for

  • Tiny Tots Tennis (Ages 3½-5)

    Wednesdays, September 22 - December 25 | 1:15-1:45 PM

    Introduction to tennis for young children, emphasizing fun. Size-appropriate equipment provided. Helps develop hand-eye coordination and flexibility.

    Members: $140, Community: $175

  • Karate

    Build self confidence and discipline with Master Antonucci of the Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation. Belts white-Red. More Information &

  • Family Zumba Ages 5+

    High energy fitness parties packed with choreography and kid friendly routines using all the music they love; a great way to support your family fitness goals by working out together. More Info & Register for

Ages 7-13+

  • Tumbling

    Basic gymnastics for ages 4-7+: forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. More Information & Register for

  • Blue Marlins Swim Team: Ages 6-18

    Swimmers strengthen their fundamentals and work on developing strength and endurance for competition. Ages 7-18 who are motivated, dedicated and just want to learn. More Information on

Ages 13-18

  • Rick Wallace HS Basketball League

    In-house intramural league with end-of season tournament. All games officiated. Form own team or sign up individually. Open play for JCC members and paid league participants. More Information & Register for
